Child Care at Generations

Generations Child Care is licensed to care for kiddos ages 6 weeks up to 5 years old.

Three, vibrant, kiddo-centered classrooms are divided between infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.

 

Generations Child Care offers age-specific curriculum and activities, in addition to the planned activities and programs with our grandfriends that call Generations home. Throughout the week, the kiddos and grandfriends come together in a variety of pre-planned, supervised activities such as music, gardening, dancing, art, lunch, storytelling, walks, and many more fun interactions! The pre-planned activities result in purposeful interaction between our kiddos and grandfriends that is beneficial to all.

 

Our Kiddos are exposed to and learn about the aging process, learn how to interact with people with disabilities, be involved with people from a different generation and feel comfortable and safe around our grandfriends.

 

Each Grandfriend's quality of life is increased by interaction with children and reduced feelings of isolation. Our Grandfriends have increased physical activity, an opportunity to play and laugh with children in their home, and an increased sense of worth as they engage in meaningful activity daily.

Generations Child Care operates

Monday through Friday, 5:45am to 7:00pm.
